OnlyFans chatter jobs, paid hourly and on commission
Not commission only. You are paid for every hour you work, and paid again on what you sell. The trial shift is paid too, whether or not it ends in an offer.
Under 12 hours, every application, including declines.
How the pay actually works
An hourly rate
Paid for every hour on shift. It is not an advance against commission, and it is not clawed back when a shift is quiet.
Plus commission
A percentage of the revenue you generate on your own shifts, on top of the hourly rate rather than instead of it.
Paid twice monthly
On a fixed cycle. Late pay is the most common complaint chatters have about this industry and it is the easiest thing to get right.
Exact figures depend on the rota you join and are confirmed in writing before your trial shift, never after it.
The console you will actually spend your shift in
Chatters do not leave agencies over money as often as they leave over tooling. Judge ours on what it does rather than on an adjective.
One screen, not eleven tabs
Fan history, the notes left by the last chatter, the creator's voice guide and the PPV catalogue sit in one console. Most agencies run this across a spreadsheet, a Notion page and the OnlyFans inbox, which is why handovers lose money.
AI drafts, you decide
Ask for a draft when a conversation stalls or the volume spikes, and one appears in the creator's voice. You edit it or throw it away. Nothing is ever sent without a chatter pressing send, because fans notice a bot within three messages and never come back.
Handover notes that survive the shift
What a fan told you at 2am is in front of the next chatter at 10am. This is the single biggest difference between an account that compounds and one that resets every eight hours.
You can see your own numbers
Your revenue, your conversion, your shifts, on your own dashboard. If commission is part of your pay you should be able to check the maths yourself rather than trusting a monthly figure someone types into a message.
Apply in six questions
No CV, no cover letter, no form that vanishes for a week. Your answers compose a message you send yourself, and you see it before it goes.

Questions chatters actually ask
- How are BeaconOFM chatters paid?
- Chatters are paid an hourly rate for every hour worked, plus commission on the revenue they generate. The hourly rate is not an advance against commission and is not clawed back if a shift is quiet. Pay runs twice monthly.
- Is the trial shift paid?
- Yes. The trial shift is paid at the normal hourly rate whether or not it leads to an offer. Unpaid trials are standard in this industry and are the most common way chatters lose a week's work for nothing.
- Do BeaconOFM chatters need previous experience?
- No. Written English and reliability decide more than experience does. Chatters without agency experience start on the same paid trial shift and the same hourly rate.
- What tools do BeaconOFM chatters use?
- Chatters work in a single console that holds the fan history, the notes from previous shifts, the creator's voice guide and the PPV catalogue on one screen, so nothing has to be reconstructed from scroll-back at handover. AI drafts a reply when a chatter asks for one, and the chatter edits or discards it. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Is the work remote?
- Yes. The role is fully remote and shift-based. Shifts are eight hours, and night and weekend rotas are the highest-paid because they are the hardest to staff.
- How long does BeaconOFM take to reply to a chatter application?
- Every application gets a reply within 12 hours, including the ones that are declined.
Still deciding? Ask anything before you apply. A person replies, not a queue.
